Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bakable.ai, Bakable Studio, the Bakable plugin for Roblox Studio, the World API, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Bakable ("Bakable", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@bakable.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. When you connect a third-party account such as Roblox, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and any rights of third parties, you may use the content the Services generate for you ("Output"), including in your own games and commercial projects. You grant Bakable a limited license to store, process, and display your prompts and Output as needed to operate and improve the Services.
Output is generated by AI and may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that Output is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you use or publish it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any law, or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Create content that is sexual involving minors, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful, or that violates the rules of the platform where you publish it, including Roblox's Community Standards.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems, or disrupt or overload them.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product, except as allowed by law.
- Share or sell access to your account or API keys.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Credits, fees, and early access
Some features may use credits or require payment. Prices and limits will be shown before you are charged. Early-access and beta features are provided free or at reduced cost, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may have usage limits.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including our software, website, and branding, belong to Bakable and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use the Bakable name or logos.
Third-party services
The Services work with third-party platforms and providers, such as Roblox and AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The Services and Output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bakable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
