Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bakable ("Bakable", "we", "us") collects when you use bakable.ai, Bakable Studio, the Bakable plugin for Roblox Studio, the World API, and related services (together, the "Services"), and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, Discord, GitHub, Microsoft, or Roblox, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with your approval, such as your user ID, username or display name, and email address. We never receive your password for those services.
Roblox account access
If you connect your Roblox account, we receive only the profile information and permissions you approve on Roblox's consent screen. We use those permissions solely to provide the features you request, such as placing generated content into your experiences. You can revoke access at any time from your Roblox account settings.
Content you create
We store the prompts you submit and the models, images, and other content the Services generate for you, so you can view and download them.
Early-access sign-ups
If you join an early-access list, we collect the email address you provide, where you signed up, the time, and your IP address.
Technical information
Our servers automatically log basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, the pages or endpoints requested, and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting. Bakable Studio keeps your sign-in session and recent generations in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating content from your prompts.
- To create and secure your account, verify your email, and sign you in.
- To send service messages, such as verification emails and important notices.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To understand usage and improve the Services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Hosting and storage: cloud infrastructure providers (such as Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) that host our servers and store generated content.
- AI model providers: your prompts are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenRouter) to generate content.
- Email delivery: a provider that sends our account and service emails.
- Sign-in providers: Google, Discord, GitHub, Microsoft, and Roblox, when you choose to sign in with them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Bakable.
Data retention
We keep account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@bakable.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Services.
